Baked Oatmeal

Hello loves!! I hope you all had a FAB weekend!!

I just HAD to share with you all this delicious recipe for Baked Oatmeal that I  made this weekend. It was SO YUMMY, hearty, and healthy and perfect for a cozy morning!!

Ingredients:
2 eggs, lightly beaten
3 c. milk
2 c. old-fashioned oats
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/8 c. canola oil
1-1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. sliced almonds

1. Lightly coat a 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray. Mix together all ingredients but the almonds and pour into the greased baking dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

2. The next morning, preheat the oven to 375. Sprinkle oatmeal mixture with almonds. Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes.

Serve warm and enjoy!!

Recipe adapted from here.

Much love and Blessings!!

Looks so yummy, I wonder how cranraisins or just raisins would taste in it? Maybe I will try it, and if I do I will let you know how it tastes. With or without raisins this recipe looks delicious!
