Both of my girls were complete surprise babies. I have mentioned this before on this blog, but we were actually "trying" not to get pregnant when I conceived both of them. {God clearly had other plans!} Both of my pregnancies went smooth and there was no issues to be found with either myself or either baby during both.
"Miscarriage" was a word I ignored, and even completely avoided.
And then I started blogging.
I read posts by beautiful, strong, honest women like this one, and this one, and this one, who struggled with the loss of loosing babies, some of them more then once.
I wept for these women as I read their stories.
How easy it is for us to live in ignorance when something has not directly affected us.
Reading those posts from momma's just like me made it real. I feel forever changed after reading their stories.
